STEAK WITH BLUE CHEESE SAUCE

Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce is one of my favourites when I go camping. My dad made it on our camping trip to Marakele National Park and since then it finds its way onto the menu everytime we go camping.
Method
Braai the steak on the fire to your taste; when ready put it one side and let it rest a while. Melt the entire block of blue cheese in a small pot, and add the cream slowly until the sauce thickens. Stir continuesly throughout the process until all the cheese melted. Cut the steak in strips, pour some of the sauce. Serve with pap and enjoy.
